How will I know what my sign will look like?

Once an order has been placed we will send you a JPG image via email for your approval. It will be setup in the same color that you requested and proportionate to the size you ordered.

Do sign orders include any set-up fees?

Line type (text) does not incur a set-up fee. However, you may be charged to add a logo without a ‘Print-Ready’ file.

Do you charge for the proofs?

Every order includes up to 3 free proofs.

What are your standard ink colors?

View our Standard color chart. A PMS color match can also be done for a small fee.

Can I still receive a proof of the sign without a computer?

Yes, we can fax it over to you or send it via regular mail.

How soon will I receive my order?

3 to 5 business days from order placement is our standard lead time on top of transit time via UPS ground from WI.

Can I do a self-pick up of my order?

Of course, we would love to meet you! Pick-ups do not come with an additional fee but they need to be scheduled between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

What if I need my order earlier than the pre-scheduled delivery?

We offer a rush service but it depends on our production schedule and there is an additional fee. You may also choose UPS next day air shipping or UPS 2nd day air shipping service based on the state you’re in.

Do you do a price match if I find a better price elsewhere?

Our prices are always among the most competitive in the market. Regardless, there may be instances when a competitor offers a lower price. Email us a written copy of the competitor’s quote and we will try our best to match or beat their price.

I ordered 100 signs from you on my last order and now need 50 more. Why is the price higher this time?

The costs of producing your signs are fixed each time you order whether for 1 or 100 signs. We average the costs over the total number of signs you need. This means you always get a better deal if you order more signs at once.

Does your price include the frames?

Our price does not include the frames. We have found that many customers who have run for office before have frames leftover and may not need them. Why pay for something that is not needed!

What kind of art files do you accept?

We work with most graphics file formats. There are basically two file types: Vector Files and Raster Files.

Vector Files are made up of line artwork and can be scaled to any size without affecting the image quality. They are created in drawing programs such as CorelDraw® or Adobe Illustrator®. Vector files are required for screen printing. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves.

Raster Files/Images are pixel based images (made up of dots) which can become blurry based on the image resolution and the final size of the image. They are created in photo editing programs such as Corel PhotoPaint® of Adobe PhotoShop®. They are mainly used for digital printing.

Do I need a disclaimer on my sign?

Most jurisdictions do require some sort of disclaimer on the bottom of your sign. Please call your state election board for proper verbiage as each state has their own laws.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Checks are also accepted.

Do you make the signs in your facility?

Yes! We print all products in house in our state of the art facility. We are here to offer you the best service and lowest price possible.

How long has Cross & Oberlie and PoliticalLawnSigns.com been in business?

We have been in business as a Screen Printing company since 1955.
